Job summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent processes data, information, and documentation related to the administration of the residence's sales department. They enter data into the Yardi system and maintain it up to date. They make follow-up calls and coordinate visits in the calendar. They assist leasing consultants with sales tasks and ensure that leasing requests are met. They inform the management team and support services personnel of resident arrivals and departures and ensure that units are ready. They participate in networking activities and special events. Requirements: DEC in Marketing, DEP in Sales, DEP in Secretarial Studies or equivalent 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position Demonstrating Chartwell's RESPECT values Customer service orientation Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools Meticulousness, rigor and versatility Sense of organization Flexible working hours (weekends according to the rotation established with the existing management team)
