As an Onsite Technical Specialist, you are the cornerstone of technology deployment at Bizzabo events. Your mission is to install the onsite check-in equipment (printers, iPads, routers) and the Klik infrastructure. As a subject matter expert, you advise our clients on Bizzabo platform and mobile app configurations while ensuring a seamless check-in experience for all attendees. Rôles et responsabilités — Technicien sur site


Déploiement technique et opérations

  • Exécutez la livraison d'événements à l'aide des technologies Bizzabo et Klik, rencontrant la satisfaction du client.

CE QUE VOUS AVEZ

  • Expérience en événementiel, idéalement au sein d'une agence ou d'une entreprise de production événementielle ou expérience professionnelle en tant que technicien(ne) informatique, technicien(ne) audiovisuel (AV) ou rôle similaire.
  • Connaissance des défis opérationnels des événements et compréhension de ce qu'il faut pour exécuter des opérations sur site impeccables.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais.
  • Capacité à bâtir des relations solides avec les équipes d'affaires et les clients.
  • Faire preuve d'initiative et adopter une approche proactive pour lever les obstacles et faire avancer un projet.
  • Sens aigu du détail et excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à soulever et transporter régulièrement des boîtes et des équipements (ex. : jusqu'à 23 kg / 50 lb) lors du montage et démontage.

Client & Event Services Collaboration

  • Determine client technical needs in collaboration with the Event Services team
  • Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert on onsite production services and operational best practices
  • Maintain a high degree of service satisfaction through responsive, reliable event delivery


Pre-Sales & Planning Support

  • Support Customer Success Managers and Account Executives by presenting service offerings and answering detailed client questions



Knowledge Sharing & Internal Development

  • Assist and train the Customer Care team using your technical expertise
  • Participate in the improvement, development, and testing of new technologies



WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in in-person events, ideally corporate events, within an agency or event production company, or professional experience as an IT technician, AV technician, or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of operational event challenges and the requirements for executing flawless on-site operations.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal business teams and external clients.
  • Proactive mindset with the initiative to remove obstacles and drive projects forward.
  • Sharp attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Physical capability to regularly lift and carry boxes and equipment (e.g., up to 50 lbs / 23 kg) across various event sites for setup and teardown.
