Nous recherchons une personne experimentee dans le domaine de la vente au detail et possedant une solide connaissance de Magic: the Gathering et autres jeux de cartes a collectionner. Votre role consistera a offrir une excellente experience client, gerer certaines taches administratives, organiser des evenements et des tournois, et a diriger le personnel en l'absence du gerant.


Responsabilites:

  • Accueillir les clients, suggerer des produits et traiter les transactions.
  • Gerer et traiter les remboursements via notre point de vente et via Shopify.
  • Superviser les evenements et tournois hebdomadaires et de fin de semaine.
  • Effectuer les taches d'ouverture/fermeture : cles, alarmes, balance de caisse.
  • Commander, recevoir et traiter les commandes de nos distributeurs.


Qualifications

  • Style de leadership positif, axe sur le client.
  • Connaissance approfondie de Magic : the Gathering et connaissance sommaire d'autres jeux.
  • Au moins 2 ans d'experience dans la vente au detail ou en tant que chef d'equipe.
  • Maitrise des systemes de point de vente et des procedures de caisse en fin de journee.
  • Capacite a travailler debout pendant des quarts de travail pouvant aller jusqu'a 8 heures.
  • Solides competences en communication en francais et en anglais.

Your role will consist of providing excellent customer experiences, handling some administrative tasks, organizing events and tournaments, and leading the rest of the staff while the manager is away.

Qualifications


  • Positive, customer-first leadership style.
  • Knowledge of Magic: the Gathering and cursory knowledge of other games.
  • At least 2 years of retail or team-lead experience.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and end-of-day cash procedures.
  • Able to work on their feet for up to 8 hour shifts.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
