Meet the needs of residents and ensure their well-being; Report any significant change in the resident's physical or mental health to the care coordinator; Monitor admissions; Support and help the team of attendants (moving around, hygiene, answering bells); Ensure continuity of care between each shift; Administer and/or supervise the administration of medications by laws 90 certified and authorized; Contribute to the updating and continuous improvement of work plans with the care coordinator; Respond to emergencies and manage ambulance departures; Collaborate on medical follow-ups with doctors who come directly to the site on a weekly basis; Collaborate with various professionals from the CLSC and CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale (special education technicians, social workers, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nutritionists, etc.); Perform administrative tasks as needed.
