As an Onsite Event Technician, you are the cornerstone of technology deployment at Bizzabo events. Your mission is to install the onsite check-in equipment (printers, iPads, routers) and the Klik infrastructure. As a subject matter expert, you advise our clients on Bizzabo platform and mobile app configurations while ensuring a seamless check-in experience for all attendees. An ambassador for Bizzabo excellence, you play an important role in onsite client relations with a clear objective: to transform every onsite deployment into a success that exceeds expectations.

This is a freelance, on-demand contract position, and the term is tied to the duration and completion of the event.

  • Execute deployment using Bizzabo and Klik technologies, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for on-site production services and operational best practices.
  • Set up, configure, deploy, and test Klik wearables, tracking technology, badge printers, and Bizzabo dashboards both before and during events.
  • Provide real-time hardware and software support to clients to resolve any technical issues.
  • Maintain high service standards through responsive and reliable event delivery.
  • Travel: Primarily within North America with occasional international travel.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in in-person events, ideally within an agency or event production company.
  • Deep understanding of operational event challenges and the requirements for executing flawless on-site operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
