About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Estimating Administrator to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting our estimating and bidding process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professional communication across multiple projects.   • Support estimating and bidding procedures by completing the pre-qualification process for new projects.
  • Prepare and organize Bid Proposal Forms, Bid Packages, and Scope Letters.
  • Maintain and update client databases, Plan Holder Lists, and Bid Schedules.
  • Ensure all documentation, confirmations, and communications are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Generate and send monthly bid results reports.
  • Demonstrate strong computer proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and company-specific software.
What You Bring

  • Ability to analyze blueprints, scope of work, and project specifications.
