Lion Heart Escrow Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage escrow transactions from opening through closing while maintaining the highest level of customer service and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate transactions with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and third-party vendors

  • Ensure all escrow conditions and contractual deadlines are met prior to closing

  • Process wire transfers, disbursements, and escrow funds in accordance with escrow compliance standards

  • Maintain accurate file documentation and organized transaction records

  • Communicate proactively with all parties throughout the escrow process

  • Resolve transaction issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction

  • Deliver a high-level customer experience that reflects the values and reputation of Lion Heart Escrow Inc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of escrow experience preferred
