To accomplish this, you may work with a bank to move money in and out of an escrow account, monitor each account and transaction for signs of fraud, interpret the contract the transacting parties agreed to, and coordinate with other financial services and companies as needed. To thrive as an Escrow Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of real estate or title processes, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant coursework. Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills help you efficiently coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders.
