We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Titles Supervisor with experience in title processing and supervision of team(s). You will be part of leading our dedicated title team responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate and timely title processing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle title processing and 1+ year(s) of leadership experience.

You Are:

  • Detail-oriented. You will meticulously process vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and marketability.

  • Communicative. You're a communicative individual with excellent verbal and written skills, capable of effectively conveying information and ideas to diverse audiences.

  • A Leader. You possess strong leadership capabilities to lead a team to strong resolution of title issues.

You Will:

  • Lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy and marketability.

  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, holding team members accountable for meeting department goals and expectations.

  • Create and implement streamlined processes and procedures to enhance team accuracy and efficiency.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to a Director of Titles Operations, this role will collaborate with other Title department Supervisors and Processing team members to ensure customer satisfaction on a regular basis.

Must-Have's:

  • 5+ years of experience in vehicle title processing, with a preference for additional experience in automotive-related customer service roles.

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department or leading a team.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to identify successful outcomes.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, and escalate as necessary.

  • Data-driven mindset, actively seeking opportunities to improve department processes.

Nice to-have's:

  • Experience utilizing Google Suite and Slack.
