Job Title: Title Clerk
Location:Ā Chesterton, IN
Job Type:Ā Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Company Overview:
Graff Auto, a family owned dealership founded in 1914 in Michigan, has recently acquired a 5 rooftop dealership auto group in northwest Indiana.Ā 

Our stores are located near Chesterton, IN and include Chevy, GM, Kia, Ford, and Toyota.Ā 

Job Description:
Graff Indiana Auto Campus is seeking a title clerk who will process title, tax, & registration for out of state deals and Indiana deals. Prefer someone with dealership experience or experience with title work. Experience with Vitu and ATC preferred but not required.Ā This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a good communicator, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ā 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process tax, title and registration for Indiana and other statesĀ 
  • Type checks and receipts as neededĀ 

  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior office or dealership experience preferred

  • Prior experience with VituĀ and ATC a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
