Position Summary โ€“ ERP Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will support, maintain, and enhance the company's ERP platform and related business applications. This role serves as a key link between business users, leadership, and external IT partners to improve processes, resolve system issues, and drive technology improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities โ€“ ERP Systems Analyst

  • Support, maintain, and improve the ERP system and related business applications.
  • Manage support requests and troubleshoot system and application issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the external IT managed services provider (MSP).
  • Gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
  • Administer user access, system security, software subscriptions, and technology inventories.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support system integrations and cross-functional business operations.
  • Develop and review reports to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Participate in ERP-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications โ€“ ERP Systems Analyst

  • 1-3 Years of professional work experience with company systems
  • Experience supporting ERP systems; in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with small to mid-market ERP platforms; MIE Trak Pro experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of systems integration, workflow mapping, and application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and project prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
