ERP Systems Analyst Job Summary

Kaspar Companies is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support, improve, and expand our enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and end users to optimize manufacturing processes, develop reporting solutions, support ERP users, and improve operational efficiency. While experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) is preferred, candidates with strong manufacturing ERP experience and the ability to quickly learn Infor are encouraged to apply.
In addition to supporting the ERP platform, this role will help drive Kaspar's adoption of modern ERP technologies, including AI-powered automation, embedded analytics, and business intelligence capabilities available through the Infor Industry Cloud Platform.

ERP Systems Analyst Responsibilities

ERP Administration & Business Systems

  • Support and continuously improve the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP platform.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external consultants to implement enhancements and solve business challenges.
  • Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Support ERP integrations and API-based solutions.
  • Assist with ERP security, user administration, and system configuration.
  • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and IT to improve business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual work and increase operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for ERP functionality and best practices.

User Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide advanced ERP support and troubleshooting.
  • Train users on ERP functionality and new features.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and data views that improve business visibility.
  • Reduce dependency on third-party ERP consultants by building internal expertise.

AI, Analytics & Innovation

  • Promote data-driven decision making through reporting, analytics, and visualization.
  • Evaluate new Infor capabilities and recommend technology improvements that reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify practical uses for AI that improve manufacturing, finance, and operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, and business intelligence solutions using Infor Birst.
  • Champion the adoption of Infor Value+ capabilities to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and business process improvements.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to work periodically within manufacturing facilities while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work Environment

This position is based in Shiner, Texas and is primarily on-site to encourage collaboration with manufacturing and business teams. A hybrid work arrangement may be available after onboarding and demonstrated success in the role.
