Job description

Title: SAP Concur System Analyst
Department: Finance Spend & Travel Automation
Location: Georgetown / Taylor, Texas
Rate: $100,000-$120,000
The SAP Concur System Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, IT, and corporate SAP teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and ensure effective integration between Concur and SAP ERP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage SAP Concur system configuration, administration, and functional implementation.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions.
  • Configure and maintain expense types, approval workflows, T&E policies, audit rules, cost objects, and budget controls.
  • Align Concur functionality with T&E, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Accounting, and budget-control requirements.
  • Support SAP Concur Travel, Expense, Invoice, Request, and related finance automation processes.
  • Maintain Concur master data accuracy and system governance.
  • Coordinate with SAP Concur support, internal Finance teams, and end users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Maintain mappings between Concur/ADP and SAP, including cost centers, G/L accounts, employee/vendor master data, and financial posting files.
  • Monitor system interfaces and coordinate error identification and resolution.
  • Support end-to-end system and integration testing.
  • Coordinate SAP FI/CO integration requirements and issue resolution.
  • Partner with corporate SAP teams on enhancements, integrations, and escalated technical issues.
  • Define and maintain approval workflows, policies, and system controls.
  • Establish controls, reporting, and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain spend analytics and financial reporting capabilities.
  • Support system enhancements and continuous process improvement.
  • Create and maintain integration procedures, SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Deliver end-user training and ongoing system support.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP Concur system implementation, configuration, or administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Concur configuration and customization.
  • Experience supporting Travel & Expense, invoice, AP, and/or financial workflow processes.
  • Experience configuring expense types, approval workflows, policies, audit rules, and cost objects.
  • Experience with SAP ERP accounting integrations and understanding of SAP FI/CO concepts.
  • Experience supporting HR/employee data integrations.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, expense policies, and approval processes.
  • Experience with end-to-end system and integration testing.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, HR, IT, and SAP teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP FI/CO.
  • Experience with Concur Expense, Travel, Invoice, and/or Request.
  • Experience with AP invoice workflows and procurement-related processes.
  • Experience configuring budget controls and financial approval workflows.
  • Experience with Concur reporting, analytics, or spend analytics.
  • Experience supporting third-party system integrations.
  • Experience supporting implementations or major enhancements from requirements gathering through go-live and production support.
