We are seeking an experienced SAP System Administrator to support and maintain enterprise SAP environments. If you excel at ensuring the stability, performance, security, and availability of complex SAP landscapes, we want you on our team!

Position Overview

  • Location: Raleigh, NC 27601 (Local candidates within North Carolina preferred)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person Interview

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To excel in this position, your background should include strong experience across these core areas:

  • SAP Basis Administration: Strong hands-on experience handling SAP installations, upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and migrations.
  • Security & Authorizations: Solid experience with SAP security administration, role design, authorization management, and translating functional requirements into technical security designs.
  • Infrastructure Management: Proven ability to manage database administration, performance tuning, capacity planning, sizing/load balancing, and system connectivity.
  • Monitoring & Tooling: Experience proactively monitoring SAP systems using SAP Solution Manager to analyze system logs and eliminate performance bottlenecks.
  • Business Continuity: Reliable experience overseeing critical backup/recovery processes and system availability.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

  • Public Sector / State government SAP environment experience.
  • Specialized experience with SAP Portal administration.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP best practices related to security governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
