Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: W2

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing processes, along with working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive SAP PP/MM implementations and manufacturing transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Lead SAP PP/MM project execution and delivery.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis.

Design SAP PP/MM functional solutions aligned with business objectives.

Support manufacturing, production planning, inventory, and material management processes.

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams.

Perform solution validation, UAT, and production support.

Drive stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.

Support process improvements and system enhancements.
