Job Title: SAP Business Systems Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI Enterprise Services is seeking an SAP Business System Analyst to connect business strategy with SAP capabilities-owning requirements, solution design, configuration coordination, testing, and change enablement across S/4HANA and integrated platforms. This role partners with Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracts, Operations, and IT to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions leveraging SAP best practices, while improving user experience and ensuring data integrity, controls, and performance. Responsibilities: Facilitate the process to collect and define client requirements.

Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.

Interact and communicate with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel. Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements. Maintain deep knowledge of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP)

Perform configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions). Support SOX/ITGC controls, audit requests, and segregation of duties. Maintain defects and drive resolution to SLA

Respond to system issues and perform first level support. Qualifications: Required: BA/BS degree from an accredited university. 5+ years experience as an SAP Business Analyst/Functional Analyst.

Working knowledge of Agile service delivery frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization. Requirements/user stories, process modeling, test management, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow (or equivalent).

Ability to read functional specs, debug trace/logs, and collaborate on integrations. Understanding of SOX/ITGC, change control, release management, and data/privacy practices. Work independently with limited supervision.

Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and documentation discipline. Desired: Experience in S/4HANA. Hands-on domain expertise in Finance/Manufacturing/Sourcing and Procurement/Supply Chain Management, including key processes.
