Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Analyst to support technology readiness activities ahead of a major system go-live. In this fully onsite role, you will execute testing scripts to validate workstation, device, and application functionality in a live production environment. Responsibilities include testing desktops, printers, badge readers, barcode scanners, mobile devices, document scanners, dictation equipment, and other peripherals; verifying system access, connectivity, and printing workflows; documenting test results; and escalating issues for resolution. Candidates should have experience in desktop support, field services, IT deployments, or technical support, along with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to accurately follow test scripts and document findings. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
