ROLE SUMMARY:
To continue our solid growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Laboratory Informatics Analyst to join our growing organization. This position will be part of our Accelerator team.
The Laboratory Informatics Analyst provides support to Quanterix's CLIA-certified Accelerator Laboratory as a subject matter expert on the Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The Laboratory Informatics Analyst role requires experience with clinical sample testing as well as LIMS and/or LIS build, validation, and implementation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Oversee all LIMS-related projects, including system enhancements, configuration changes, and issue resolutions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between LIMS vendors, external contractors, and internal laboratory stakeholders.

  • Partner with clinical laboratory scientists and management to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

  • Manage test methods, panels, instrument configurations, and additional master data items within the LIMS.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve LIMS issues impacting sample flow, data capture, or reporting; provide timely root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Support LIMS validation and change management activities, including requirements documentation, testing, and controlled deployment of system updates.

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting operational and quality metrics (e.g., TAT, throughput, QC trends).

  • Perform additional laboratory informatics duties as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years Experience
  • 2 years of LIS/LIMS analyst experience in a laboratory environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience supporting a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory environment.
  • Hands-on experience with LIMS/LIS configuration, validation, and implementation.
  • Familiarity with clinical sample workflows and laboratory instrumentation integrations.
  • Experience with report/dashboard development for operational metrics.
  • Knowledge of laboratory quality systems and change control processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
