Summary:
Designs, builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination and customer support (including troubleshooting) for the product development that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives into the end user workflows of Summa Health. Additionally, knowledge of various software functionality and maintenance needs are required to maintain the electronic environment of specified service lines. Performs continued collaboration with Operational leaders to maintain the electronic environment and continued optimization opportunities for Summa Health.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2. Experience & Training Required:
a. Certification for all relevant applications is required to be obtained within 6 months of hire for all application positions, including Epic.
b. Two (2) years of experience working with healthcare information systems as an application administrator or operational end user is required.
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Excellent customer service skills.
b. Understanding of service line workflows.
c. Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple application teams.
d. Strong presentation skills.
e. Ability to work well independently.
f. Excellent organizational skills.
g. Strong analytical skills.
