We are seeking an entry-level CPQ Systems Engineer to support and enhance our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities within Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is interested in learning how sales systems, product configuration, and pricing automation work together to support complex quoting processes.

The CPQ Systems Engineer will partner with Sales Operations, Business Applications, and IT teams to help maintain CPQ configurations, support users, and assist with ongoing enhancements. Experience with Salesforce CPQ or another CPQ platform is required; experience with ServicePath CPQ is a strong plus but not required.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the CPQ system within Salesforce
  • Assist with configuring products, pricing rules, bundles, and quote templates
  • Help troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and support Sales and Operations users
  • Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements for CPQ enhancements
  • Assist with testing (UAT) of CPQ changes, releases, and system upgrades
  • Maintain CPQ-related documentation, including configuration logic and user guides
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, admins, and business stakeholders on improvement initiatives
  • Learn and follow best practices for Salesforce, CPQ configurations, and system governance

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience working with Salesforce in a configuration, admin, analyst, or technical support role
  • Hands-on experience with a CPQ system (Salesforce CPQ, ServicePath, Conga CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of sales processes such as quoting, pricing, discounting, and approvals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or exposure to ServicePath CPQ
  • Salesforce Administrator or CPQ-related certification (or interest in pursuing certification)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce concepts such as objects, flows, validation rules, and reports
  • Experience supporting internal business users in a technology or systems role
