Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.

Job Title: Customer Services Support Operator

Location(s): Buffalo Grove, IL
(Hybrid: 2 days onsite: Tuesday & Wednesday temporarily, may be fully remote during office renovation)
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat.
  • Work in a call-center environment (approximately 50% phone support).
  • Manage customer requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Process orders, returns, credits, debits, quotes, and status updates in SAP.
  • Manage CRM queues and customer communications.
  • Support customers using online ordering and catalog platforms.
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries.
  • Support real-time online chat requests.
  • Research and resolve customer issues through collaboration with internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer support/customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
