Job description

JSG is partnering with a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry. The position is a hybrid role, mixing customer service/account management, with expediting and order entry. It is an office environment but one that requires collaborating with many departments.


Skills:

  • Management of assigned key accounts and/or market segment activity including order, quotation, conflict resolution, order entry, assisting in contract and account program administration, coordinating Production Readiness reviews.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding products, services, billing, etc. to maintain customer goodwill and ensure that we remain a supplier of choice.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact base and critical communication files for assigned accounts.
  • Develop a high knowledge base on the business’ products
  • Meet/Exceed Customer Satisfaction Goals
  • Develop a high level of understanding of the ERP system, Salesforce, Customer Service Portal experience
  • 2-year Technical College and relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred
  • 2+ years of customer interface within engineered products preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite skills, and basic internet searching
