Job description

The CRM Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and CRM/Salesforce solutions, ensuring that the platform is optimized to meet organizational goals. This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes.
Dollar Bank will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required. Will consider equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Salesforce business analyst or administrator or other Salesforce support role required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience performing the role above in a banking environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange solutions preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs; translate needs into Salesforce solutions; document functional, technical, and business requirements associated with those solutions.
  • Ensure that solutions align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce team to design solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during testing phases.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
  • Analyze data and create actionable insights using Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between the Salesforce team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices to recommend improvements.
