Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform, with the ability to drive requirements gathering, process optimization, solution design, testing, and successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
