Job description

Role: Salesfore Business Analyst
Duration: Full Time / Long Term Contract - W2
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirements definition for Salesforce solutions
• Conduct project planning and estimating efforts as needed
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their business requirements, informational needs, and data sources
• The Salesforce Business Analyst will translate these business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed business requirements/ functional requirements inclusive of business use cases, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices as well as report mock-ups
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation sessions, meetings, and presentations
• The Salesforce Business Analyst will assess production support and data issues encountered by end users and assist in problem resolution
• Participate in the development of User Acceptance Test planning documentation, including test plans and scripts, based on business and functional requirements
• Facilitate UAT execution phase and work with business stakeholders and project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff
• Provide Salesforce processing subject matter expertise to the IT team throughout the project; Review development and test deliverables as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements
Experience creating wireframe documents with information architecture Experience authoring requirements, definition and related documentation
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks Experience with large scale web projects (ideally involving the creation and launch of major e-commerce B2B websites) a plus Experience in cognitive design, information architecture and user-centered design a plus
