Job description

College Graduate, reliable Office Administrator / Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Admin tasks. Phone communications with workers, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Scheduling customers' appointments.
  • Dispatching service calls and estimates.
  • Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, etc.
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Maintaining budgeting and bookkeeping.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as needed.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Managing rentals.
  • Personal assistance to the very busy company owner.
  • Enter data daily into Quickbooks.
  • Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts.
  • Accounts payable.
  • Accounts receivable.
  • Keep filing records in immaculately, Meticulous condition.
  • Various personal assistant tasks.
  • Competent in prioritizing tasks and working with little supervision.
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.


Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, with perfect spelling, grammar, and clean and clear speech.
  • Clean and clear written communication.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Zero Tolerance for ALL drugs & alcohol.
  • Clean background check.
  • Live in the San Fernando Valley, within 15 Miles of Reseda.
  • Valid California driver's License in good standing.
  • Vehicle to your name with insurance & registration.
  • Available to start immediately.


Schedule (Two shifts):

  • First from 6:00 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Second from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m.
  • Every other Saturday.
