Call Center Representative (College Graduate)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Are you a recent college graduate looking for a role where you can build realworld experience, develop indemand skills, and make an immediate impact? Our Call Center Representative role is a great entry point into a growing organization where customer service, teamwork, and career development matter.

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting our members-solving problems, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

What You'll Do

As a Call Center Representative, you'll gain handson experience across a wide range of customer and financial services responsibilities, including:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist members in a professional, timely, and friendly manner
  • Resolve member needs with a goal of firstcall resolution
  • Support requests related to:
    • Account balances, transfers, and payments
    • Debit and credit card support, including fraud assistance
    • Mobile and online banking platforms
    • Loan and deposit product inquiries (including CDs)
  • Respond to member requests through email and secure messaging
  • Perform account maintenance and research as needed
  • Review required documentation for new accounts
  • Support fellow call center team members via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with escalations, overrides, and reversal requests
  • Participate in quality review processes and daily reporting tasks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with your team
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned-great exposure for growth!

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual skills are a plus!)
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems

  • Willingness to learn and follow federal regulations and company policies

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Deskbased role (approximately 95% of the workday)
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
