Location: 624 Grassmere Park Drive, Ste. 30, NASHVILLE, TN, 37211

Schedule/Hybrid: Hybrid schedule (after training). 3 days in office a week.

As a IT Support (Help Desk) Partner, you'll provide technical support for our restaurants, troubleshoot IT issues to ensure everything works perfectly, and collaborate with restaurant professionals to make tech a seamless part of their day. You'll also test new hardware, teach users how to use technology, and grow your own skills in a supportive environment.

You Primary Duties:

  • Troubleshoot Point of Sales (POS) technologies (registers, kitchen displays, back office, tablets, multimedia training systems).
  • Analyze and report recurring system issues in restaurants.
  • Collaborate with POS support engineers to optimize software and hardware solutions.
  • Test new hardware.
  • Utilize tools ranging from Office applications to scripting and databases.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
  • Regularly interact with restaurant professionals.

Ideal Candidates display:

  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including technical documentation.
  • Solid organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System.

Environment: 

A successful candidate will be required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. They must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.

Work Location/Schedule:


  • Schedule is a 5-day work week – 3 shifts daytime Mon-Fri, and 2 shifts Sat/Sun 2pm-11pm.
  • Hybrid schedule available (3 days in Office).
