Job Description
We're seeking Rates Analysts to handle the coordination and implementation of firmwide billing rates for the Firm's clients and matters. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate to build a career in legal finance, working closely with the Financial Pricing Team, the Rates Team, legal practice coordinators, and billing specialists.
What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Assisting with administration and maintenance of the Clients and Matters areas of the firm's financial system
  • Supporting the implementation of special fee arrangements for clients and matters, including rate sets, individual rates, and various rate combinations

Required Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, plus approximately 1 year of professional experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Polished, professional presence - comfortable representing the firm in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Nice-to-Haves
  • Prior internship or professional experience in a law firm, financial services, or professional services environment
