Job description

The Enterprise Physical Security team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physical Security Coordinator to support physical security technology, compliance, reporting, and administrative functions. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional seeking to gain experience in corporate security, compliance, data management, and security technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update physical security records, databases, inventories, and tracking systems.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support badge access reviews, compliance audits, and governance activities.
  • Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Assist with SharePoint site administration and document management.
  • Maintain security-related records, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support project tracking, status reporting, and action item management.
  • Assist with inventory management and asset tracking for physical security technologies.
  • Identify data discrepancies and support corrective action efforts.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality.


Required Qualifications

  • No prior physical security experience is required. We are seeking candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency within Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Power Automate.
  • Experience working with large data sets and reporting.
  • Exposure to audits, compliance programs, records management, or project coordination.
  • Internship experience in corporate security, compliance, technology, facilities, or business operations.
