Position           : Salesforce Business Analyst

Location          : Juno Beach, FL Onsite

Duration         : 12+ Months Contract (possible extension of long term)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to serve as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams. This role will drive the translation of complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions while ensuring seamless delivery of Salesforce enhancements and new features.

This role offers the opportunity to drive significant business impact through Salesforce platform optimization and serves as a critical bridge between business needs and technical execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality, well-defined work packages that enable predictable sprint delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience with significant Salesforce platform exposure
  • Expert proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation
  • Strong experience in Agile story writing, backlog refinement, and sprint planning processes
  • Proven ability to work with Product Owners and SMEs to define clear acceptance criteria
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with data management, ETL processes, and environment management
  • Proven track record in UAT coordination and production support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder)
  • Experience with land and resource management or utility industry processes
  • Knowledge of working with MuleSoft for integrations between Salesforce and other systems
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with certified Scrum Master or Product Owner credentials
