We are hiring for Salesforce Business Analyst // Hybrid role.

Location: Parsippany, NJ 07054 (Hybrid 4 days onsite required) Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Consultant who will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for eliciting requirements, defining user stories, analyzing systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering (70%)
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes, systems, and improvement opportunities
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and surveys
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
Recommend best practices and scalable Salesforce solutions
Document current and future state processes (as-is / to-be) using:

Process flows, swim lane diagrams
Wireframes and mockups
Interface designs and presentation

Testing & Delivery Support (20%)
Partner with IT development (onshore/offshore) and QA teams
Ensure thorough system and integration testing
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Team Collaboration & Mentoring (5%)
Provide guidance and feedback to team members

Additional Duties (5%)
Support project needs and continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience capturing and documenting B2B customer-centric requirements

Expertise in:
Business requirements & functional specifications
User stories & acceptance criteria

Wireframing and UI/UX alignment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
Understanding of digital user interface and user experience best practices
Industry exposure to durable goods, manufacturing, construction, or building materials

Education & Certifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business (IT focus), or related field
5+ years of experience in system analysis and design
Certification such as CBAP is a plus
