Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Deep Platform Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices (Security model, Automation strategies, Data limitations).
• Certifications: Should hold the Salesforce certification plus at least two consultant-level certifications
• Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments
• Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data migration, data integration, and tools
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience with integration middleware concepts.
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Business Analyst Certification.
• Industry-specific experience in Healthcare Payer
Competencies & Soft Skills
• Communication: Ability to translate technical jargon into business language for stakeholders and vice versa.
• Leadership: Experience mentoring junior team members
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to negotiate with stakeholders when requirements conflict or scope creep occurs.

• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules to build prototypes or Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Quality Assurance & Adoption :
• Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including creating test plans, triaging bugs, and obtaining sign-off.
• Drive user adoption through the creation of training materials and leading the sessions.
• Analyze data trends and reports to recommend continuous improvements to the platform
