Job description

We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welder II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will independently operate robotic welding equipment, perform setups and adjustments, and ensure high-quality production standards. You’ll also play a key role in troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up robotic welding cells, including fixturing and material preparation
  • Operate robotic welding equipment independently to meet production targets
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools and weld gauges
  • Make minor program adjustments and optimize welding parameters
  • Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and weld quality concerns
  • Train and support entry-level Robotic Welder I team members
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and inspection records
  • Provide support across other production areas as needed
  • Assist with general shop housekeeping and material handling
  • Perform additional duties to support overall manufacturing operations

Schedule: Flexible to work a M-Th 10 hour shifts OR Weekend F- Sun 12 hour shifts

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with robotic welding equipment
  • Ability to read drawings, use measuring tools, and interpret weld specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-6 years of prior welding experience
  • Knowledge of AWS D1.2 fundamentals, basic weld symbols, and acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T basics and tolerance impact.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality.
  • Must be safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must be a U.S citizen.
