The Role: Robotic Integration Associate -Clinical Account Management
The Robotic Integration Associate (RIA) is responsible for clinical account management, technical expertise, and customer support of the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System. The primary responsibility will be to support regional case activity as it relates to system utilization.
What you'll do:
  • Work with Robotic Integration Specialists and Robotic Business Director to support regional account management that assists in driving customer satisfaction at current accounts.
  • Provide field clinical case support to current Neocis customers through training and education.
  • Assist Robotic Integration Team in the training and education of new and existing accounts.
  • Work with the Robotic Integration Specialists to identify and support opportunities to drive existing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in customer satisfaction by focusing on case coverage.
  • Support universities, VA facilities, and hospitals in account management activities.
  • Escalate membership upgrade opportunities to the RIS or Senior RIS.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Experience with Google Docs
  • Travel up to 75%
  • Open to relocation

  • Dental and/or private practice experience preferred

What else?
This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
This is not a supervisory position.
  • The position will require up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.
  • This job operates in a clinical environment in the dental practice.
  • This position requires the regular use of computer planning software & external hard drives
    • Regular use of the Yomi robot - train the trainer
    • Prolonged standing in the dental operatory
    • Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
    • Extensive driving depending on territory
    • Exposure to moderate/loud noise
