### Entry Level Recruiting**Overview:** Are you looking to start a career in recruiting and human resources? PJS of Austin, LLC. is seeking an energetic and bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will help identify, attract, and hire commercial janitorial employees across the Austin area.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping others find employment opportunities. Successful recruiters are organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.**Responsibilities:*** Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for janitorial and facility service positions.* Source candidates through online job boards, referrals, community partnerships, social media, and recruiting events.* Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit.* Schedule interviews, orientations, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.* Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.* Maintain applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).* Create and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.* Meet established hiring goals and staffing deadlines.* Provide excellent customer service to applicants, employees, and hiring managers.* Assist with special recruiting projects and other HR-related duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) required.* High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.* Previous customer service, sales, recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience preferred.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems.* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Must be authorized to work in the United States.* Must successfully pass a background check.**What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?*** Enjoys helping people find employment opportunities.* Comfortable speaking with dozens of candidates each day.* Thrives in a goal-driven environment.* Has strong follow-up and communication skills.* Can build relationships quickly and maintain a positive candidate experience.* Remains organized while managing multiple open positions simultaneously.**Location**This is an in office position. **Pay**Starting at $23 per hour, dependent on previous experience**PJS of Austin, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind.**PM21
