Harnham is seeking an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join our Contract Division in our New York City office. This is a 360 recruitment role combining business development and candidate delivery within one of the fastest-growing areas of the business. The Contract Division is rapidly expanding, creating clear and near-term pathways toward future leadership opportunities for high performers.
In this role, you will be responsible for building your own client base while also delivering high-quality candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle within the Data, Analytics, and AI space.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and strategic client development
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Source, engage, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from initial client brief to placement
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and support offer negotiation and deal closure
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with team members to share market insights and contribute to overall team performance
