Job Summary: 

We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter who can support a variety of needs within the company's recruiting department. The department is responsible for the company's overall talent acquisition, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and extending offers to qualified candidates. Candidates for this role should expect to assist with the recruitment process at all stages. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person looking to make vital contributions to a growing business.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of the recruiting pipeline
  • Engage in full cycle recruitment and hiring of Ally's most important asset, our growing team of Behavior Technicians: entry-level clinicians who may or may not have prior experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but express an interest in the field
  • Review job descriptions to ensure information remains up to date and is conducive to sourcing appropriate applicants for open positions
  • Conduct first-round phone screeners with qualified candidates and deliver feedback to hiring team
  • Managing communication inboxes and responding quickly to prospective staff inquiries
  • Extending offers to qualified candidates
  • Understanding of the field of ABA and conveying the benefits of working as a Behavior Technician at Ally Behavior 
  • Attend hiring events such as career fairs or local conferences as needed
  • Assisting with and helping to improve the recruiting process and experience
  • Hit metrics related to company growth and hiring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • ABA experience or experience in healthcare or clinician recruiting is a plus
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and demonstrates excitement to speak with new people 
  • Comfortability speaking with candidates over the phone
  • Diligence and thorough work when moving throughout the recruitment process
  • Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • You have a track record of being assertive, organized, and effective when interacting with prospective candidates
  • Ability to occasionally travel within Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Metropolitan area
  • Must be able to pass MD/VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check
