THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITING & HR HR COORDINATOR POSITION. INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT A SPECIALIST, GENERALIST OR HIGHER LEVEL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 

YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMMUTE AROUND THE DC, VIRGINIA AND DMV AREA IS REQUIRED. YOU WILL BE WORKING FROM HOME AND GOING INTO THE OFFICE FROM TIME TO TIME.

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Recruiting and HR Coordinator who will provide a wide variety of Recruiting and HR activities including, posting positions, prescreening applicants, interview coordination, onboarding support, orientation, benefits administration, document creation, data entry, exit processing and HRIS administration. This role will also be an active member of the team in supporting internal growth of the firm.

Skills and Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of working in a professional setting handling Recruiting tasks or in a Recruiting/HR capacity 
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with related Internships, may be substituted for 
  • Interface with and support the firm’s Partners, internal team members and occasionally with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to organize information for presentation and/or use for a wider audience in a thoughtful, well organized, polished and grammatically correct manner
  • Ability to effectively and positively interface with all levels of employees and management
  • Experience in performing a wide variety of administrative skills
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously
  • Have a great personality and love making a positive impact
  • Must have a good work ethic and be accountable
  • Must have a willingness and desire to learn
  • Must be able to receive feedback
  • Must be results driven
  • Ability to think strategically with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
