Position Summary: Receptionist needed for a Family Medicine clinic. You will be taking patient phone calls, creating accounts for new patients, scheduling appointments, and creating tasks with patient questions and concerns, working closely with the physicians and staff.
Essential Job Functions: Arrive each day ready to have a professional working relationship with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Assist in accurately setting-up and maintaining patient information while also providing excellent customer service. As a receptionist, you should love interacting with new people, making personal connections easily, and ensuring that every patient feels welcome and valued. You will be one of the first interactions that patients will have when they call in to the organization. Don't worry if you don't have Receptionist experience, we will give you the training needed to excel in this position. You will navigate challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to our patients, co-workers, and physicians. You are the key to helping our patients understand our processes and procedures.
