Location: Denver, CO Locals only

- Overall, this is an Office Manager/Front Desk Admin role at a very busy office with a support role to the PMO Team. It's great opportunity for young resource that might want to get exposure to more project management and wants to do more than just administrative tasks. It is probably 60/40 Office/PMO time.

• Uptown Denver, Colorado (Approx. 150 staff)
• Clients are onsite with us
Details:
• Standard Hours: 8am-5pm with a lunch. (May need some flexibility on some days with lunch if a large meeting is coming in but we should know in advance each time.)
• Free parking available
• Role is long term and the potential for full-time Deloitte hire based on performance over an extended period of time.
Experience
• Administrative duties (2 years preferred)

Office Manager Tasks:
• Welcome and buzz in clients and new staff
• Assist in electronically filing, creating and submitting formal project documentation
• Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms through Google while providing related equipment and refreshments
• Handles postal mail, vendor relationships and maintenance requests
• Maintain inventory control of office supplies, copiers, printers and break room.
• Produce office notifications, upcoming events, meeting minutes, etc. as needed
• Manage the office tracking lists for id security badges, maintenance requests, parking passes, laptop checkout, etc.
• Drive local office improvements
• Owns office newsletter and PowerPoint
PMO Tasks
• Accesses team emails in group email inbox/queue using labels (Google Mail)
• Records milestones in project planning tool.
• Submits of various daily client deliverable documents
• Supports Staffing (New Hires & Roll-Offs)
• Runs/distributes status and milestone reports
