Position Summary


We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Project Manager to join our growing team. This individual will support the execution of customer contracts for water and wastewater treatment equipment, working closely with the Senior Project Manager and cross-functional departments including Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting. The Entry-Level Project Manager will assist in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full project lifecycle from order acceptance through shipment and project closeout
  • Support the coordination of internal teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing) to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and help identify potential risks or delays
  • Prepare and organize project documentation, such as submittals, compliance forms, and progress reports
  • Communicate with customers under guidance from senior team members to provide updates and gather information
  • Help monitor project costs and timelines to support project profitability
  • Support change management by tracking scope modifications and coordinating internal responses
  • Collaborate with Accounting to assist in milestone-based billing and documentation
  • Ensure all work complies with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations


Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 1โ€“2 years of professional experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Willingness to learn project scheduling and management software (e.g., Microsoft Great Plains)


Preferred:

  • Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments through internships, coursework
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor ERP or similar)
  • Interest in the water/wastewater treatment industry
  • CAPM or project management coursework (a plus, not required)


The is an exempt position offers a salary range of $54,000.00 to $69,999.00 Annually and is bonus eligible. The Target Bonus is 10% of your base salary. This bonus is based on the companyโ€™s budgeted EBITDA performance. If the budgeted targets are not met, the Board of Directors will determine the bonus, if any.
