Valor Fleet Services is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Leesburg, VA. As a private equity-backed company in the transportation and towing industry, we are experiencing significant growth and are looking for candidates who want hands-on experience and long-term career development.

This role offers strong foundational accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment while working directly with senior accounting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, detailed daily bank reconciliations (primary responsibility)
  • Assist with general ledger entries and month-end close processes
  • Support tow software call reconciliation
  • Assist with inventory and fixed asset tracking
  • Provide administrative and entry-level accounting support to the Senior Staff Accountant
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with accuracy
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work onsite in Leesburg, VA
