Part-Time Operations Supervisor / Facility Inspector

360clean is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Supervisor to support our growing commercial cleaning team.
This position plays an important role in ensuring our client facilities remain up to company standards through routine inspections, team support, supply management, and hands-on detail work when needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys independence, problem-solving, quality control, and staying active throughout the workday.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct building inspections behind cleaning teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform detail touch-ups and corrective cleaning when necessary
  • Deliver cleaning supplies and restock facilities
  • Fill in for cleaners during call-outs or staffing shortages as needed
  • Report deficiencies, concerns, or supply needs to management
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication with clients and team members
  • Help ensure facilities consistently meet company expectations
