First Equity Mortgage, the in-house lender for Drees Homes, is hiring an Entry-Level Mortgage Processor. No prior mortgage experience required; ideal for candidates starting or pivoting their careers

You’ll join a team that values structure, consistency, and development. Unlike many lending environments, our business is purchase-focused and builder-driven, which provides a steady workflow and a strong foundation to learn the business the right way.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to process mortgage loans from application to closing
  • Collect and organize borrower documentation

  • Support closing preparation to ensure files are complete and accurate
