We are looking for an experienced senior loan processor to join our tight-knit group of mortgage professionals. This role requires a professional who is passionate about helping service members and first responders navigate the complexities of home financing. Responsibilities
Core Duties & Measurements
Pre-Underwrite: Review all loans within 1 business day and submit to underwriting within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Quality Control: Ensure 95%+ of initial Conditional Loan Approvals (CLA) have 10 or fewer conditions.
Post-Underwrite: Maintain a two-touch maximum to reach Clear to Close (CTC) and ensure 95%+ of loans close on time.
Post-Funding: Answer all post-funding issues on the same day and clear conditions as required.
Communication: Proactively communicate with the team and translate technical conditions into layman's terms for borrowers.
