GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function.  Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job. 


Qualifications

8-5pm Mon-Fri


High school diploma/GED required. 1-2 years of mortgage experience

Must have effective time management skills and able to balance multiple priorities

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Must have analytical skills and able to problem solve

Must have excellent customer service skills



Review and verify information/fee changes related to changed information pertaining to a loan throughout the life of the loan

Complete special requests pertaining to loan changes, questions, and potential changes required

Escalate urgent matters and concerns to management

Update system notes with detailed comments and direction taken

Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed

Complete control audits
