We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager - Architecture & Interior Design

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, procurement coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure milestones are achieved according to established objectives.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact scope, budget, quality, or schedule.

  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

  • Manage procurement and expediting activities, including tracking orders, coordinating deliveries, and following up with suppliers.

  • Oversee logistics operations, shipment coordination, inventory tracking, and delivery schedules.

  • Conduct quality reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

  • Prepare project status reports, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Support contract administration, vendor negotiations, and project closeout activities.
