Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Administrator to support the delivery of government IT projects within a structured and compliance-driven environment.

This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio (both mandatory) to support planning, tracking, and documentation activities aligned with government standards and PMO frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations
  • Produce and maintain process maps, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Visio to support documentation and stakeholder understanding
  • Support project governance activities, including status reporting, dashboards, and briefing materials
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and change requests in accordance with government reporting standards
  • Assist in the preparation of deliverables required for project approvals, audits, and stage gates
  • Coordinate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in accordance with record management policies (e.g., SharePoint / GCdocs)
  • Ensure compliance with government policies, procedures, and documentation standards
  • Support PMO processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives


Mandatory Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting government or public sector projects
  • Microsoft Project (MANDATORY) – project scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Microsoft Visio (MANDATORY) – process flows, diagrams, and documentation
  • Experience working within structured project governance frameworks (PMO environments)
  • Proven ability to manage documentation in a compliance-driven environment
