The CSpring Catalyst Fellowship Program is a selective, one-year, performance-based postgraduate fellowship designed for ambitious graduates pursuing careers in technology sales, recruiting, marketing, and business development.
As a Catalyst Fellow, you will gain hands-on experience supporting real business growth initiatives within a technology consulting and data analytics firm while developing the communication, leadership, and business skills needed to succeed in high-performance, revenue-generating careers.
This is not a traditional entry-level role or classroom-style training program. Fellows work directly with CSpring leadership, receive mentorship and coaching, and earn increasing responsibility through demonstrated performance, initiative, and growth.
