The Role: Performance-Based Sales Consultant

We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant to spearhead our Indianapolis expansion. This is a flexible, part-time position (15–30 hours/week), perfect for a self-starter who excels at networking and opening doors.

An Uncapped, Multi-Tiered Compensation Plan:

We believe in rewarding the "hunters." This role offers multiple ways to win and a path to high earnings:

  • High-Impact Commission: Earn 10% of the total job cost for every contract you close.
  • Immediate Payout: Commissions are paid upon contract signing—get paid as soon as you close the deal.
  • The $500 Fast-Start Bonus: Hit the ground running! Receive a $500 bonus as soon as your first 5 jobs are achieved.
  • Volume Activity Bonus: We reward the hustle. Earn an additional $200 bonus for every 75 estimates you generate in a month.
  • The Revenue Accelerator: Help us hit our growth benchmarks! If the territory achieves $25,000 in gross revenue in a single month, you receive an additional 5% of the gross revenue as a performance bonus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage with local property managers, business owners, and contractors to generate estimate requests.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the face of 1-800-STRIPER in Indy, explaining our value and securing leads.
  • Closing: Follow up on estimates, handle objections, and secure contract signatures. (You focus on the sale; we handle the technical measurements and quotes).
  • Pipeline Management: Consistently feed the pipeline to hit your estimate bonuses and sales goals.
