Low Voltage Installers & Technicians – Omaha Area

We are actively hiring Low Voltage Installers and Technicians to support a large-scale data center retrofit project in the greater Omaha area. This is a hands-on, project-based opportunity ideal for individuals with cable installation experience, data center exposure, or a strong interest in low voltage work.

Position Overview

This project involves supporting a major data center retrofit, working across multiple buildings, and assisting with structured cabling and infrastructure upgrades. We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level installers to experienced technicians and are willing to provide on-site training for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with low voltage cable installation (fiber, copper, structured cabling)
  • Support data center retrofit efforts across multiple buildings
  • Perform tasks such as pulling, dressing, terminating, and labeling cable
  • Read and follow basic layouts, prints, or instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work on your feet for extended periods and move between buildings
Qualifications
  • Open to a wide range of experience:
    • Entry-level installers with a strong work ethic
    • Experienced low voltage or cabling professionals
  • Technicians: Minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience required
  • Exposure to data center environments or structured cabling preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr.
