Lotte Global Logistics North America (LGLNA) is seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Logistics amp; Data Operations Associate to join our Strategy amp; Planning team. This is an entry-level position open to candidates of all experience backgrounds — what matters most is your attention to detail, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
You will work directly alongside the FP amp;A Lead, supporting financial reporting, data management, and operational analysis across our logistics business units (Freight Forwarding, Trucking, Brokerage, Warehousing, and IMC). This role offers a clear growth path into FP amp;A and Strategic Planning functions.

Position: Associate Logistics amp; Data Operations
Data amp; P amp;L Support
  • Collect, organize, and validate weekly and monthly P amp;L data across business units
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of data in reporting templates and trackers
  • Support accrual data entry, verification, and monthly close processes
  • Update and monitor key operational metrics and KPI dashboards
Reporting amp; HQ Communication
  • Assist in preparing HQ reporting packages in both Korean and English
  • Update standard report templates for management and HQ review
  • Research and compile market indicators (fuel index, freight rates, benchmarks)
  • Support variance analysis by organizing actuals vs. estimates comparison data
Process amp; Automation Support
  • Help maintain and improve Excel-based reporting workflows
  • Assist with process documentation and SOP updates
  • Support BI dashboard updates and reporting automation projects over time
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable with repetitive data tasks
  • Logistics pricing, freight forwarding, or brokerage background
  • Accounting or finance basics (P amp;L, accruals, cost structure)
  • Experience supporting management or HQ reporting
  • SQL basics, Power BI, or Python
