Job description

The Property Manager will oversee a small portfolio of 2-10 residential properties, managing all aspects of property operations remotely. This role involves coordinating property maintenance, budgeting, vendor relations, and conducting facility inspections to ensure the properties are well-maintained and tenants receive excellent service. The Property Manager will use AppFolio software to streamline management tasks and will have opportunities for career growth within property management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning for properties
  • Oversee vendor coordination and contract negotiations
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure standards
  • Negotiate and manage contracts related to property services

Required Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in property management
  • Proficiency with property management software, specifically AppFolio
  • Experience managing budgets effectively
  • Skilled in contract negotiation
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance activities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective communication abilities
